Patricia D'Auria

Patricia D’Auria passed away on February 22, 2026 in Jupiter, Florida at the age of 87. Patricia was surrounded by her husband Anthony and loving family. Patricia was born on October 20, 1938 in the Bronx, New York to Ann Marron and Theron Connor. Patricia is survived by her brother Arthur. Her brother Joseph predeceased her. Patricia met the love of her life, Anthony D’Auria at a resort in the Berkshires, when he was her waiter while she was there vacationing with girlfriends. They initially lived in Brooklyn, New York, after getting married there on July 23, 1960 and eventually settled in Port Washington, New York for over 50 years. Patricia and Anthony were a couple dedicated to their marriage and love and support for one another and to their two daughters, Jacqueline (Michael McVicker) and Christine (Billy Donovan). In July, they would have celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. For over 40 years, Patricia and Anthony were fully engaged within the Port Washington community creating many lifelong friends. Patricia was a Renaissance woman whether she was cooking, painting, gardening, volunteering or partaking in tennis, golf or sailing. But Patricia’s true calling in life was Wife, Mom and Grammy. No one gave more to her husband, children and grandchildren (Sean McVicker (Juli), Michael Theron McVicker (Ian), Kyle McVicker (Gabby), Faith Walker (Ryan), Billy Donovan (Lauren), Hasbrouck Rajaee (Jahan), Bryan Donovan, Connor Donovan and Pete Atkins (Jessica) and great grandchildren (Brayden, Tyler, Luke and Mia McVicker, Matheson and Baby McVicker, Henry Walker, Brooklyn and Naomi Donovan, Baby Rajaee, Jocelyn and Jacquelene Atkins). She was ever present in everyone’s lives to her dying day. Patricia’s time, energy, love and care began and ended with the nurturing she provided for her entire family. We will all forever hold Patricia in our hearts. Patricia truly left the world and everyone she touched and held dear, in a better place. A Christian funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 28th at 1:30pm at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 13591 Prosperity Farms Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
