Virginia Elaine Walls Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Age 83, of Wellington, FL passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Gertsenberg Hospice Center. Mrs. Walls was born in Cranston, RI on June 22, 1927. She has resided in the Palm Beach County area since 1971, and was a parishioner at St. Jude Catholic Church, Tequesta, FL and currently a parishioner at St. Rita’s Catholic Church, Wellington, FL. Mrs. Walls had an indescribable love for her family that will live on forever. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Edward Jackson Walls in 2007. Survivors include her two loving daughters, Shirley Sillan (husband John Sillan) of Wellington and Jacqueline Walls of Lake Worth; four grandchildren, Randall K. Sillan, Edward Matthew Farr, Leslie Sillan Plum and Jackson Polston; three great grandchildren; Jakob Sillan, Andrew James Plum II and William Edward Plum; two sisters, Katherine Constantakos of Tequesta and Marie Lombardi of North Attlleboro, MA; two brothers, Victor Monopoli of Tequesta and Peter Monopoli of New Port Richey, FL; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM, Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 204 N. US Hwy. #1, Tequesta, FL 33469. Entombment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, FL. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407 in loving memory of Virginia Elaine Walls.
