Sandra Ann Liboski Patton Scott, 67, of Stuart, FL and formerly of Saltsburg, PA passed away March 20, 2015 at Tequesta Terrace Assisted Living after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Sandy was a 1965 graduate from Saltsburg Jr. - Sr. High School. She holds a B.S. in Sociology from the State University of New York (Albany) and M.S. from the University of Central Michigan. Sandy retired as the Executive Director of the Palm Glades Girl Scout Council, Jupiter, FL and past Executive Director of the Ocean County Girl Scout Council, Toms River, NJ. She worked in various management positions for the Girl Scouts USA in Chicago, IL and New York, NY. Sandy was Finance Director at the Keystone Tall Tree Girl Scout Council in Kittanning, PA and Field Director for the Wilderness Road Girl Scout Council Lexington, KY. Sandy was the first female President of the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach and served District 6930 as First Assistant District Governor. She was an avid cyclist, loved various types of music and played many instruments. She enjoyed the outdoors and traveling to with family and friends. Sandy is the daughter of the late John and Lucille McKee Liboski. She is survived by husband, Don Scott of Stuart, FL; sister, Ann (Allen) Cohen of Monroeville, PA; sons, Tim (Angela) Patton of Stuart, FL and Travis (Carol) Patton of Port St. Lucie, FL; step-sons, Michael (Leslie) Scott of Okeechobee, FL and Kevin (Jacqueline) Scott of Stuart, FL; grandchildren, Crystal, Laura, and Jeremiah Patton, Kylie, Killian, Chloe and Mackenzie Scott. A memorial service to celebrate Sandy's life will be held on Saturday May 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 5150 Southeast Railroad Avenue Stuart, Fl.
