Reginald H. Cooke M.D. REGINALD ♥. COOKE, M.D. Reginald ♥. Cooke, M.D., 79, of North Palm Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. He was born in New York, NY on February 8, 1931. He earned his Doctorate from State University of New York, College of Medicine in S yracuse in 1955, served in the US Army as a Captain in the Medical Corps, a member of the Palm Beach County Medical Society and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (FACOG). Through his dedication to the medical profession, as a practicing Obstetrician and Gynecologist for 32 years, he touched many lives in Palm Beach County and delivered hundreds of babies into this world. He enjoyed life the most when he was surrounded by his family. His other joys were traveling the world, fishing, and boating. His big heart and smile will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his family. Dr. Cooke is survived by his loving wife, Violet, of 56 years and children: James A. Cooke (Eileen) of Merritt Island FL; Corinne L. Stubeck (deceased); Sharon A Brochu (Jay) of North Palm Beach, FL; Denise G. Olsen (Christopher) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Pamela M. Kennemore (Charles) of Windsor, CA; and Janice M. Cooke (Timothy) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and grandchildren: Jamie and James Cooke, Jack Stubeck, Shawn (deceased), Kyle and Ashley Brochu, Jessica Olsen M.D., Gates, Duncan, and Kyrie Kennemore; step-grandchildren: Michelle and Bradley McLaughlin and niece: Dianne Sancetta (Joseph); sister and brother-in-law: Helen and Erwin Tummel; nephew, Jeffrey. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 18 at 11:00 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the American Lung Association or the American Lung Association.
