Mary B Finn

June 28, 1922 - November 4, 2012

Mary B. Finn, 90, passed into the Lord's care on November 4th ,2012 at Hospice at the Pavilion in Jupiter. She was born in Chicago, moving to Tequesta in 1969. Beloved mother of Richard (Eleni), Thomas (Jude) and Mary Helen (David); grandmother of Michael (Megan), Thomas, Kristina (Daniel), Shaun, Jon and Hope, and great grandmother of Nolan Michael Finn may she rest in peace. She was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband of 50 years, Richard T. Finn in 2000. She was a devoted member of St. Jude's Catholic Church, where she served as Eucharistic Minister for many years. She served as President of the St. Jude Council of Catholic Women for six years. Her charitable work included donating her energies to the Lourdes-McKean Auxiliary in West Palm Beach and assisting the nuns at the Hope Rural School in Indiantown. Her greatest joys in life were to serve the Lord, her family and her community. Visitation will be at Taylor Modeen Funeral Home in Jupiter on Center Street On Friday, November 9th from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 10th at 10 am in the Chapel at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Tequesta. Internment to follow at Our Lady, Queen of Peace Cemetery. In her memory, donations may be made to Hospice of the Palm Beaches, St. Jude's Catholic Church or Safe Harbor Animal Rescue, 185, East Indiantown Road, Jupiter, Florida 33477.
