Lori Marie Crumbley

February 22, 1972 - April 30, 2022

Lori Marie (Wojtusik) Crumbley just celebrated her 50th birthday on February 22, 2022! This obituary is not to talk about the end of Lori’s life on earth, but how her life impacted so many during her 50 years here, and how excited we are as her family to see how God will use Lori in Heaven. She was called home on Saturday, April 30, 2022 after a long hard battle with metastasized colon cancer. Lori’s biggest accomplishments in her life were her marriage of almost 29 years to Shawn L. Crumbley and their four beautiful sons: Austin, Blake, Andrew and Cruz. She loved them all fiercely. Her biggest disappointment with her cancer diagnosis was fear of leaving them all at the beginning of their adult lives. She put so much emphasis on their childhood learning and sports. She was an active member of Jerry Thomas PTO, JTAA, and volunteering in the concession stands to get them into the sports they loved. She was one of the loudest Moms in the bleachers, cheering them on and yelling at the coaches!!! She leaves a legacy of love, support and will always be their bright light!! Shawn and Lori opened South Florida Air Solutions Inc in 2006. She worked by his side to build and grow a successful HVAC business where three of their sons are now employed- Austin, Blake and Cruz. Andrew got a scholarship to play baseball at Morehead State University in Kentucky and, even with cancer, she would fly to Kentucky to ride home with him so he wouldn’t be lonely on the long drive home. Lori’s friendships were real, they were not fragile. She supported and loved her friends. They could count on her in both the good times and the bad. She always made time for them. She was the light in every room. Lori and her Mom, Mary (Wojtusik) Smith were the best of friends! She grew up with four brothers- Ed, Dave and Brian Wojtusik and Chuck Smith. They gave her so much love and taught her the male ropes, which we are sure have helped her with her four boys. Her legacy will never die. It will grow through her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Lori’s name to The Anderson Family Care Institute 1240 S. Old Dixie Hwy Jupiter, FL 33458 The family wishes to thank Dr. Debra Brandt, DO, Medical Director, Medical Oncology and Hematology and her staff for their outstanding care and compassion. Interment will be private.
