Leena M. (Earlston) Kassak Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Age 74, of Tequesta, FL passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Hospice Unit of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Born in Danville, PA, she had been a resident of Tequesta since 1988, coming from Elizabethtown, NJ. Prior to retirement, she was an anesthesiologist with Elizabethtown General Hospital and Lancaster Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, PA. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Survivors include one daughter, Suzanne Kassak of Easton, PA; her two brothers, Robert P. (Alice) Earlston of Jupiter and William G. (Sarah) Earlston of Danville, PA; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Wayne and Susan Earlston, her husband, Peter J. Kassak, her brothers, Wayne, Ray, Henry, Bruce, and Donald Earlston and her sister, Lillian Earlston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10 AM, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 204 N. US Hwy 1, Tequesta. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 6-8 PM, Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home, Jupiter, FL. Entombment will be at Royal Palm Memorial Park in West Palm Beach, FL.
