John J. Blumberg, M.D. Age 90 of Hobe Sound, FL, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at his residence in Hobe Sound. Born in Port Jervis, NY, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for three years, coming from Elizabeth, NY. Prior to retirement, he was a general surgeon in Elizabeth retiring at the age of 57. A member of the Catholic faith and was a veteran of the Army Air Force attaining the rank of Captain. Interment will be 11:15 AM, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the South Florida VA National Cemetery.
