Jack Williams Jr. was born on June 5, 1942 in Bainbridge, Georgia, to Jack Sr. and Aretha Williams, he was the oldest of four siblings; Emma Killingsworth (deceased), James Williams (deceased) and Aretha Shellman. Jack moved to Jupiter, Florida in 1962, and he met and married Shirley Mitchell on July 19, 1964. He worked for Florida Power and Light (FPL) from August 1964 until January 2006 as a dedicated and loyal employee for a total of 42 years. After his retirement he became and active resident of the Limestone Creek Community Group in West Jupiter. Jack served as the founding Director of the Limestone Creek Advocates, through which he volunteered hundreds of hours to a community he loved. Anyone who knows him, knew how much he also loved spending time working in his yard and watching his Miami Dolphins football. He had a caring heart and was always willing to help in any way he could. Jack leaves to cherish his memory: A loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Shirley Williams, Sons: Keith Williams (Genay); Paul Robinson (Kimberly); Daughters: Lucretia Williams and Millicent Williams; Granddaughters: Ashlee Williams, Symone Williams, and Katie Robinson. Grandsons: Isaiah Josie, Paul Robinson Jr; and a great grandson: Omaree Hudson. His sister, Aretha Shellman (Nelson). Brother-in-laws Willie Mitchell, Thomas Killingsworth; Sister-in-laws, Jeanette Mitchell and Lawanna Williams and a host of nieces and nephews. Jack also had many cherished friends that have provided support over the years for himself and his family.
