Ellen Gersch Age 58, of Tequesta, FL passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 in Tequesta Born in West Palm Beach, FL and a resident of Tequesta for 27 years, she was devoted to her family, a generous and loving wife, mother and friend. She was a dental hygienist most recently working in the office of Dr. Daniel Bartus, Jr., former President of the Limestone PTO and a member of the Palm Beach County Dental Hygiene Association. Mrs. Gersch was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Christopher Gersch of Tequesta; one daughter, Amanda Gersch of Tequesta; two sisters, Gail Holmes of Jupiter and Harla Ganzel of Tequesta; one brother, Donald Bowden of Memphis, TN; her father, Harlan Bowden of Tequesta, FL; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Gersch and her mother, Margaret Bowden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM, Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 6-8 PM, Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home, 250 Center St., Jupiter, FL.
