Douglas R. Pinnell, 59, of Tequesta, Florida passed away on September 12, 2011. He was born June 18, 1952 in Baldwin, New York to Richard and Margaret Pinnell. Doug, spent over 25 years as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry. He loved spending time with his family. His hobbies were boating, fishing and playing a round of golf with his wife. His passion was being the #1 fan of the New York Yankees. Doug is survived by his wife of nineteen years Catherine Pinnell; his children Ryan Pinnell, Shannon Paul, Collins Stemler, Mollie Stemler and daughter-in-law Simonetta Pinnell; grandchildren, Benjamin Paul and Wyatt Pinnell; sister, Nancy Hussey; nephew Daniel Hussey and niece Lauren Hussey. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M Saturday, September, 17, 2011 at Taylor-Modeen Funeral Home in Jupiter, Florida. The family requests donations may be made in Doug Pinnell's memory to the American Cancer Society.
