Donald G. Webster, Jr.

Donald G. Webster, Jr., 75 of Tequesta peacefully entered Heaven Saturday, September 28, 2013 at his home. Born October 27, 1937 in Springfield, Mass., Don was the son of the late Donald G. Webster and Virginia Brainard Webster. Don was a graduate of Tabor Academy and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a member of the golf team and an avid skier. After retiring as Vice President of Community Federal Savings And Loan in 1996, he continued playing golf, traveling with friends and enjoying his grandchildren. Don is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Eleanor "Lynn" Breece Webster, two sons, Scott A. Webster of Riverview, FL and Donald G. Webster, III (Gretchen) of Jupiter, one daughter, Tracey L. Scott (Edwin) of Tullahoma, Tenn. Don's grandchildren include Trevor G. Scott, Austin R. Webster, Lauren V. Webster, Donald G. Webster, IV, and John William Webster of Jupiter. Don is also survived by a sister-in-law and her husband, Mimi and Kent Morrill of Ceredo, W.Va. and dear friends Ann and Paul Beach. In addition to his parents, Don was predeceased by a sister, Anne E. Webster and granddaughter, Kelly N. Scott. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home in Jupiter officiated by Rev. Steve Gibbons of the First Presbyterian Church of North Palm Beach, FL. Friends may call one hour prior to the service (from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.) at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County or First Presbyterian Church of North Palm Beach.
