Isaiah (Izzy) Kenneth Valencis

Isaiah (Izzy) Kenneth Valencis left this world on January 7, 2026 at 5:32PM an innocent and tragic car crash victim returning home from wrestling practice, unable to avoid another stricken vehicle swerving into his lane. Born in Connecticut January 20, 2009, he was a beloved son of Stan and Angela, and brother of Michael and Gianna. For the past 10 years, he and the rest of the family made Jupiter Florida their home. He was a unique young man of incredible empathy who exuded life. Izzy loved fishing, hunting, America and making people laugh. He loved steak with A1 sauce, his mom's homemade pasta and meatballs, and anything his sister baked. He teased his mother and sister endlessly, finding humor in most things they did. He loved all kinds of music - songs with meaning - from Weezer to Johnny Cash. He studied WW2 and respected our veterans. He loved our German Shepherds Jalk, Stuka and Zasko and a rescue named Dixie. His little sister Gia and he were best friends, from kids running along the beach to teenage sidekicks. He adored his older brother, spending time in the garage fixing up cars and boats. He brought life and laughter and joy to the family. Izzy worked part time at Ace Hardware in Tequesta. He was promoted quickly and proud of aisles bearing his name. He was the kid who stayed late making sure his manager got to her car safely. Izzy attended The Benjamin School from first grade through sophomore year making many deep friendships. He played lacrosse, football, and began wrestling in 6th grade. Wrestling became his favorite and he pushed himself to be better. He was a big kid bravely wrestling those much older, larger and stronger. He persevered through losses and eventually started to win with humility and respect to opponents. In middle school, Izzy played the lead role of Shrek receiving thunderous applause. Izzy loved his friends dearly. Fishing, skim boarding canals, playing "sports ball", bonfires, beach trips, golf, driving around listening to music, fast food runs, Clash of Clans, movie nights, dock jumping, sleepovers, playing pool and boat trips. He also had a crew of gamers, with headphones on, shouting at each other in a language only they understood. He was the one who welcomed and made friends with the new kids. Many are grieving his loss and, because of his special inner light, signs of “LLI” (Live Like Izzy) have sprung up. Izzy now rests with God. His absence leaves a gaping hole in many hearts, but his legacy is powerful and wise beyond his years. He wrote in a school journal: " the quote 'In God We Trust' on the dollar bill serves as a reminder that faith, for me, is a step in both everyday life and in facing larger struggles." Izzy would want us to have faith, laugh, love, be kind, do good and make our mark on this world. Look for signs, he is always with us. Live Like Izzy.
